How much is shipping?
Shipping is free! But in certain circumstances, exclusions may apply.
What shipping service do you use?
Bling Advisor ships via priority overnight service through the USPS.
Is my shipping insured?
Yes! Shipping is fully insured. Priority overnight service is used.
Can I ship to P.O. Box?
Bling Advisor only ships to street addresses, not post office box addresses.
Why do I have to sign for my package?
Signatures are required for all orders over $1,000, regardless of any waivers you may have with the USPS. Signatures may also be required for orders under $1,000.
What is your return policy?
At Bling Advisor, we offer complimentary 30-day returns and free resizing so that you can make sure your purchase is just right. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation.
We offer free return shipping on all Bling Shop pieces, loose diamond, and loose gemstone orders. Custom, modified, and engraved rings are subject to resizing fees.
Non-Resizable items – Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands; some silver rings; or rings with alternative metals such as Tungsten cannot be resized, so please take care to order the correct ring size at time of purchase. For assistance determining the proper ring size, please contact us or use our online ring sizer tool.
Custom jobs, including modified, engraved, or resized jewelry pieces are excluded from the return policy. See our satisfaction guarantee for information on custom projects
How do I return an order?
We offer free return shipping for Bling Shop pieces, loose diamond, and loose gemstone orders. We will provide a free USPS return shipping label via email.
Next, you’ll need to pack your return with all original packing and materials, including the packing slip and diamond certificates. A $250 replacement fee will be charged for missing diamond certificates.
In order for the insurance to be valid, you must double-box your shipment and follow these instructions: Pack your jewelry in its original jewelry box. Place the jewelry box inside a larger box. If you do not have the original packing, please enclose your jewelry piece in a small USPS box and seal it; then place the smaller box into a larger box. Obtain a receipt from USPS when shipping your return. This receipt will act as proof of insurance. Send a photo of the box with the shipping label attached to indicate that your return has been shipped.
If you prefer, you can use your own shipping method with another carrier. For your protection, please ship your item with full insurance, a signature requirement, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Bling Advisor.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
We work very closely with each customer to ensure we are designing exactly what you want. We guarantee that you will love your custom jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied with your design, notify us within 30 days of completion and we will modify, redesign, or start your project over one time. We will redesign or remake the project for free as long as the recipient is included in the entire design process. You will only be charged more if the new design has a higher cost than the original design.
This guarantee does not apply to surprise designs. If the surprise design is not received the way you thought it would be, we can give a partial credit toward a new custom piece depending on the project.
We also reserve the right to exclude this guarantee from designs using experimental materials or structural elements. Customers creating designs that are excluded from our satisfaction guarantee will be notified before their deposit is paid and their project has begun.
What if a ring isn’t my size? Can you resize a ring?
Yes! Just ask us but most rings can be resized. The first two sizes up are free. Sizing down is free.
