4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
4.1 Placing orders on the website: To purchase a Jewelry on the website, you must provide certain personal information, images, sketches including your shipping and billing information. Once you have provided all the necessary information, the order details, including the order number, will be made available to you. When you are issued with the order details, it does not mean we have accepted and processed your order. A notice of order approval will be forwarded to your email address if we approve the order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time if your payment obligation has not been met or you violate any provision under these Conditions.
By placing an order for any Jewelry via the website, you hereby agree to these Conditions and any other additional terms and conditions attached to that Jewelry.
4.2 Pricing: The website are available in the US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of the relevant Value Added Tax (VAT), shipping duties, and shipping fees. If you are to pay for shipping, it will be added to the price of the Jewelry upon checkout. The total fees for your order shall be listed in your order details, which includes VAT, shipping fees (if applicable), and shipping duties. However, this does not include the relevant payment method charges.
4.3 Payments: You may pay for any Jewelry using the available payment methods during order checkout. The supported payment methods include Stripe and Credit Cards such as American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. You may also pay for your order with our Gift Card – if available. When you submit the relevant payment information, your payment method will immediately be charged after placing the order. By placing an order via the website and by submitting your payment information, you agree to be charged for the relevant charges as described in the order details. 5. ERRORS, OMISSIONS AND INACCURACIES
The information on the website may, on some occasions, contain errors, omissions, and inaccuracies in connection to the description of products, charges, shipping details, and estimations. Bling Advisor reserves the right to correct such errors, omissions, and inaccuracies, and to update or change information or cancel and update your orders if there is any inaccurate information in your order without notice to you, including after you have placed your order with us.
6. DELIVERY OF JEWELRYS AND RISK OF LOSS
6.1 The Jewelry(s) you have placed an order for will be delivered to any shipping address you provided through the billing and shipping page. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information to enable a prompt and successful delivery of your Jewelry(s). 6.2 The title and risk of loss are automatically passed to you upon successful shipping of your Jewelry(s). If your Jewelry(s) gets lost due to wrong shipping information provided by you, the liability will be yours to bear. Bling Advisor will not be liable to you if a Jewelry gets lost or damaged after a successful delivery or the Jewelry gets lost due to the wrong shipping information you submitted during order checkout.
6.3 Furthermore, all notices regarding your order and its delivery will be passed across to you via your email address. You are obligated to provide a valid email address during order checkout. We will not be responsible for the lack of information due to an invalid or wrong email address submitted by you.
7. RETURN AND REFUNDS
If the Jewelry(s) in your order is damaged in transit or does not match the Jewelry you placed an order for, you may return the Jewelry(s) to us within 14 days after delivery and we will either issue a refund or replace the Jewelry(s) within 28 days with the terms and conditions below:
i. You must check any Jewelry(s) delivered at the presence of the delivery agent. If any damage or issue is noticed, you must sign for it or outrightly refuse the delivery. You must inform us of any issue with the order within 24 hours and all the packaging must be intact for you to make a claim. To expedite the reporting process, you should take a picture of the issue or damage and send it over through our email address.
ii. If a Jewelry is subject to a replacement, a similar Jewelry will be replaced with it. Under no circumstances will a Jewelry be replaced with a different Jewelry.
iii. If a Jewelry is undamaged or without issues, you will not be entitled to a replacement.
iv. The Jewelry must be returned in it’s original form and packaging as sent to you. The stones and metals must remain intact and unscratched or without any visible damage to the jewelry.
v. Bling Advisor is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
vi. Non-Resizable items – Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands; some silver rings; or rings with alternative metals such as Tungsten cannot be resized, so please take care to order the correct ring size at time of purchase. 8. RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES
By using the website and Services, you agree to stay away from the following restricted activities:

We cannot guarantee that colors will be rendered correctly on different computer monitors. Any product dimensions supplied are for guide purposes only and are intended to give an approximate indication of size. All items of Bling Advisors and accessories have been individually and skillfully handcrafted using natural materials (where possible) and therefore slight variations in color, shape and size may occur within the products displayed on our Website. This is not a fault with the product but a natural characteristic of the design, which is beyond our control.
ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Although allergic reactions can be rare, some people are allergic to certain metals and finishes commonly used in jewelry making. It will be the consumers responsibility to be aware of any metals/materials (gold, silver, etc.) or oxidation applied to the metals (liver of sulfur) prior to making purchases.
